pak804 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between you (the player) and pak804 regarding your use of the platform. They apply to all aspects of the service — the website, the sports betting section, the casino, the live casino, the slots, and any promotional offers that pak804 makes available to registered players.

pak804 enforces a strict one-account policy. Each individual — identified by their identity details, mobile number, email address, payment method or device — is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances, including accounts created after a previous account was closed. If duplicate accounts are detected, pak804 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

pak804 makes no representations regarding the legal status of online gaming under the laws applicable to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using pak804 is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction before registering.

3 Account Management

Your pak804 account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. You must:

• Not share your account with any other person
• Not allow any other person to use your account, including family members
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices
• Notify pak804 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation

Account balances on pak804 are denominated in PKR. Your balance reflects the sum of deposits made, winnings received and bonuses credited, minus bets placed and withdrawals processed. pak804 does not pay interest on account balances.

4 Deposits

pak804 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods:

• Bank transfer (local Pakistani banks)
• Debit and credit cards

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, pak804 will use an alternative method associated with the verified account and registered in the account holder's name.

Before a withdrawal is processed, pak804 may carry out the following checks:

• Identity verification — confirming the account holder is who they say they are
• Source of funds — for accounts where large deposits have been made
• Bonus wagering completion — bonuses must be fully wagered before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal

pak804 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

6 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on pak804 covers cricket, football, esports, tennis, basketball and other sports as listed in the betting section. The following general betting rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play odds may change between your selection and confirmation — pak804 will notify you of any change before final confirmation
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per selection. These are displayed in the bet slip
• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation, except where cash out is available and the player elects to use it
• Void bets — including those arising from match abandonment, rescheduling or insufficient overs in cricket — are settled as returns of stake at odds of 1.0
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, pak804 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If one selection is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at reduced combined odds
• Live in-play bets are subject to delay acceptance during periods of suspended markets

Cricket-specific rules: for T20 and limited-overs matches, a minimum number of overs must be completed for match bets to stand. For PSL and international fixtures, match winner bets are settled on the official match result including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) outcomes. Specific settlement rules for individual markets are available in the betting rules section of the platform.

pak804 monitors betting activity for patterns consistent with match fixing, arbitrage betting or coordinated abuse. Accounts exhibiting such patterns may have bets voided and accounts suspended while an investigation is conducted.

7 Casino & Live Casino

All slot games in the pak804 library are supplied by certified third-party providers. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game are theoretical long-run averages and are not guaranteed outcomes for any individual session.

11 Limitation of Liability

pak804 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While pak804 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, it does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

• pak804 is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults, server outages or internet connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control
• pak804 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from your use of the platform
• pak804 is not responsible for third-party services — including payment processors, game providers or internet service providers — and their performance or availability
• pak804's total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time of the incident

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits pak804's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for matters that cannot be limited by law. These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms
